This Cottonwood tree is in Erie, Colorao just east of Coal Creek, and about a mile (or less north of the four way stop sign (near the gas station and bank) at Isabella or Jay and East County Line Rd. When I brought home a 275 pound rock out of the Roaring Fork Valley a few years ago, these people let me rest my rock for a few weeks. They were so kind!
The building looks like a shed, but don't let the small size fool you. It was a full house in it's time.
